1. What this Policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and browser storage that ellevate.fit uses. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, keep small pieces of information on your device.

2. Our approach

ELLEVATE uses only the cookies and storage that are strictly necessary for the website to work or that remember a choice you made. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social media tracking or third party analytics cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies. Because of this, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

3. Cookies we use

Sign in session (vyra_customer_session): keeps you signed in to your ELLEVATE account securely after you log in. It is strictly necessary, is set only when you sign in and lasts up to 30 days or until you log out.

Guest cart (ellevate_cart): a random code that lets us save the cart of a guest shopper, so the cart is still there when you come back. It contains no personal details, is strictly necessary for the cart and lasts up to 60 days.

Language preference (ELLEVATE_LOCALE): remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, so the website opens in your language. It lasts up to one year.

Administration session (vyra_admin_session): used only by ELLEVATE staff when signing in to the store administration. Customers never receive it.

The sign in and cart cookies cannot be read by scripts on the page and are sent only over secure connections.

4. Browser storage

Your browser's local storage keeps the products in your cart and a note of when the cart was last saved, so your cart appears instantly and survives closing the browser. It stays on your device until you clear it or empty your cart.

5. Payments

When you pay by card, you complete the payment on the secure page of our payment provider, Lahza. That page is operated by Lahza, which may use its own cookies under its own policies.

6. Website usage

To understand how the store is used, ELLEVATE may record a small number of events, such as a product view or an item added to the cart, in its own database. This does not use cookies, does not build advertising profiles and is not shared with analytics companies.

7. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to stay signed in or keep a saved cart, and the website will open in the default language.

8. Changes and contact

If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
