Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

ELLEVATE accepts two payment methods: Cash on Delivery and card payment (Visa or Mastercard). The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

2. Card payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Lahza. You enter your card details on Lahza's secure payment page; ELLEVATE never receives or stores your full card number or security code. Your order is treated as paid once the payment has been successfully verified. If a card payment fails or is cancelled, the order is not completed and no charge is taken.

3. Cash on Delivery

With Cash on Delivery, you pay the courier the total shown in your confirmed order when you receive it. Please have the exact amount ready.

4. Order total

Your order total is calculated at checkout: the price of the products, minus any discount code, store credit or points you use, plus the delivery charge for your area. Prices are in Israeli new shekels (₪). The amount charged to your card, or paid on delivery, is always the total shown when you placed the order.

5. Discounts, store credit and points

Only one discount code can be used per order, with or without an ELLEVATE account. Discounts and store credit apply to products and not to delivery charges, and cannot bring an order below zero. Points can be used under the Rewards rules shown in your account.
